He finally sent an invoice to pay the postage. Except that the first time he used an unknown site that I pay the bill. Yet another way to get paid (And through, there were a mention on the site: "No refunds will be asked")
I asked him to send me an invoice through paypal. What he did two days later.
I have been slow to pay, but I sent him money. It can now send me the package.
He sent me an email to tell me:
"Thanks for the payment.
Next week, We Will Send the parcel
"Give me some news Ok When You Have The parcel feels ... And give me the HK tracking service (I thought he lived in China, Hong Kong).
"You told me you wanted the package from Taiwan ..."
I answer again:
"I do not know and I do not care to know from which country the package ... (And Then I Realize) THE PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN SENT??"
Since 48h, I have no answer.
So I sent another email:
"Have You Sent The parcel?
I hope this time around, you will not play the guy who will not answer to mails!
Give me some news ... "
It's long, I feel he does not understand me when I talk to him ... It's hard to cope and to see that after the payment, he will not answer ...
It is beyond my comprehension and common sense!
Today a message of hope, my parcel has been sent.
Yes, the parcel is packed already and pleased to inform you that
it is shipped already.

In fact the parcel has been sent yesterday, the 1st of april. Maybe it's a bad joke, because as i see here, there no tracking info about my parcel ... I hope it's me who's make movies to me.

It can take 2-3 days before the tracking number works, so keep on trying.
He should live in Singapore if I'm correct, but he uses other people to buy from the country of origin. So for example you buy from Japan, he has a guy or a couple of guys over there who buy the stuff and get a commission, then they send directly to you. He doesn't even check packages, he just relies on the other guys.
Hopefully you'll get your stuff, and hopefully you won't be as stupid as me and give him another try, it costed me more "lost" packages and a huge waste of time.
Well, today, I'haven't received the parcel ...
There is tracking info, but after some search (Custom office, Postal Services) there's no parcel ...
I confirmed, Michael doesn't send the parcels himself. He has some middlemen that send parcels from the country where there is the auction site ... (For ruten.tw, your parcel is sent from taiwan).
So Michael doesn't verify the parcel before sending it ... And he charges postal fees from expedition country to his place in Singapore ...
Very disapointed, because now, he doesn't respond when I ask for informations ...
And when I said that I'm losing patience, he answered "I hope you be kind with your words" ... I'm the victim here !!!!!!

When you ask him to bid on an object, it reacts very late.
Because of him, I missed 3 items of value, I would not have missed with another intermediary.
After that, he always takes time to answer you ...

Forget him if you want to buy your items on Yahoo.jp or other site.

I have placed several shipping requests on my recent order dating back at least 2 months. I have received no response yet. They were quick to correct an "invoice error" but completely stopped communicating after I paid lol!
Their service makes no sense to me. Their fees are at least twice what I pay any other intermediary, but they do not bid on half the items I ask them to (even though I place deposits and pay promptly). If they bid on time, I would buy more, and they'd get more fee revenue. Why do they refuse to provide such a profitible service? Most people would jump on such an opportunity.
Moreover, each time I buy from them I practically double the size of my order (just to test to see if it works, then to make sure that I don't lose too much if a package goes missing in transit). If they'd consistantly ship on time, I would've purchased and received at least 2-3 additional packages in the time it takes them to ship 1.
Why do they not follow logical business practices? They would have made alot more than they ripped me off had they just provided their relatively simple service. Perhaps their business has already failed and they are just accepting paypal deposits from naive bidders until their domain expires?
I do not so much mind their bad packaging and slow communication considering reliable Taiwan proxies are hard to find (just be glad you got what you ordered!). It baffles me that they purposely screw up a service that seems like it could work well for them... my first order went great, but they dropped the ball on the second one.
I will update if I receive my items but would encourage others *not* to use their service for now, considering it seems to have degenerated from laziness into outright fraud recently.
