Im really excited about this CD. I've been wanting a RR6 soundtrack since first playing the game.

EDIT: I wonder if this means that we'll see a R: Racing Evolution soundtrack pressed at some point? I sure hope so.

whoa nice, this is certainly a surprise.
i thought ridge6 had probably one of the best soundtracks of the series. 'floodlight' ahhhhhhh
looks like 12/28 is the release date

I've never heard the music in RR6, but I've been pretty happy with most of the RR OSTs I've bought, so I'll probably pick it up.

Nope. It's a totally different soundtrack. You can find a few of the tunes here.

ridge racer 7s soundtrack was a bit disappointing i thought, especially compared to 6. even the songs by the namco ridge krew weren't as good imo

I thought the compositions were pretty good, but the songs times were wwwwaaaayyyyy llllooooonnnnngggg. There's no need to have a repetitive song with little development go on for seven minutes.

Man, I'm still looking for a copy of R4 Direct Audio. And the accompanying game. Loved them both to bits.

Last time I checked, Otaku.com had the R4 Direct Audio OST. Maybe try searching there.
