Arranged TMNT?

Specifically I'm wondering if there have ever been any arrangements of Theme of Krang from TMNT2&3. I was crushed they didn't bring it back another round for 4.

You mean the NES games, right?

I was crushed they didn't bring it back another round for 4.Insofar as "the original" TMNT II and III were only on NES (well, Manhattan Project came out for PC, but it was pretty much an entirely different game. I think).
Wait, no, III was also on Amiga (PC version? NES version? who knows). And, um, there were three TMNT games for Gameboy, although I don't think they are related. And there were Commodore 64 versions? Jeez, Konami was just all over the place back in those days. There's probably an MSX game or too...
Where was I? Oh, right. Unfortunately, despite the fact that many of the TMNT games have really nice music (even the latest ones, it seems), there's been nothing in the way of an album for one of the games specifically (although there are a few different fan recordings out there for some of the games - but not enough of the recent ones).
Konami did, however, release a hella lot of compilation albums. I've only found one with TMNT music on it, though:
Konami Special Music 1991 Golden Treasure Chest (KICA-9005~8)
**Disc two has a track arrangement from the third gameboy game, and tracks 1-21 on disc three on the OST for the original arcade game (including the awesome "Battle of the TMNT")
Since a lot of the Konami album entries on GMR have no tracklists, I'm going to spend a few moments searching cat. numbers and see if there is anything else TMNT on 'em. Doubt it, though.
